Headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, Caleris operates 2 large call centers, one in Manning, Iowa and the other in Jefferson, Iowa. The company has offered technical support services since 1993. Caleris specializes in providing technical support for optical storage device manufacturers, Internet Service Providers, and software companies. Our technical support customers range from small and mid-sized ISPs to large international electronics companies. As an extension of technical support services, the company has extensive experience with Returned Merchandise Authorization and product fulfillment. In 2004, Caleris expanded into handling Customer Service contacts.

Formerly known as ECI, Caleris' technical support operations were established in Iowa in 1993 to take advantage of the central time zone, the midwestern work ethic, and economies of the labor structure. Its support operations initially served the optical storage industry. With the first call center in Des Moines, the company opened a second call center in Manning, Iowa in 1997. In 2000, a new facility was built in Manning and technical support operations were moved there. At the same time, the company began offering helpdesk services for ISPs and now offers customer service needs. RMA and product fulfillment services are provided from the extensive warehouse at our Manning, Iowa facility. In early 2005, the Jefferson, Iowa facility was opened to handle our increasing helpdesk and customer service clients.
