Contact Management and CRM Software
TELEMATION is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application employed in a wide variety of organizations including contact centers, help desks, customer service centers, service bureaus, reservation centers and corporate call centers. The package has extensive CTI features and is fully integrated with our PACER phone system. TELEMATION operates on Linux, Unix or Windows servers. Software programmers can develop contact management applications quickly using the robost features found in the Telemation toolkit.
Contact Management Phone System
DSC offers contact management phone systems that support both digital (PACER) and analog (WIZARD) phone lines. The PACER and WIZARD series are contact management phone systems that handle inbound and outbound calls for a wide range of contact centers.
Calls are either initiated by the phone system or accepted from the outside and distributed in an intelligent fashion to your service agents. This phone system includes ACD and IVR components, plus call recording capability.
Using industry standard components, the PACER and WIZARD phone system has features and functions that can only be found in large scale PBX’s, but at a fraction of the cost. And the PACER and WIZARD phone system has predictive dialing capability that cannot be found in most of these larger phone systems. Complete Phone Systems
DSC now offers an affordable and expandable auto dialer and voice broadcasting (VB) analog phone system. This 4 line auto dialing system includes our voice message and broadcast Wizard software or comes optionally with our comprehensive software development toolkit.
You can program your own system or we can provide you with a custom message broadcasting application. These applications can be easily ported to our digital T1 phone system (PACER) when your call volume requires a larger system.
This entry level system can be easily expanded by adding agent lines and software to support a small call center operation including complete CRM applications and predictive dialing solutions.
DSC provides voice broadcast software including our VB wizard development tool for creating voice broadcasting applications. Window On the Web (WOW) is a thin client software development toolkit designed for application developers who want to write programs on a Unix server that communicate with Windows PCs. Features include complete graphical user interface (GUI) including enhanced graphic and multi-media support. These PCs communicate with a Unix or Linux server via a Local Area Network (LAN) or through the Internet. This product includes a complete application development toolkit that runs on a Unix or Linux server as well as a thin client component that resides on each desktop PC. Contact manager software can change rapidly, but the thin client is a static component that does not need to be updated when your program changes.
