Developed with industry standard components (Dialogic, Intel, and Windows), our phone system has features and functions that can only be found in large scale PBXs, but at a fraction of the cost. And the PACER digital phone system has auto dialer capability that cannot be found in most of these larger phone systems. With the optional IVR systems available with the our phone, callers can perform self-help functions without speaking with your agents by making simple selections using the keypad on their phone sets. Plus the PACER auto dialers can connect calls to your employees who are working at home or in remote offices.

The American Red Cross chose Database Systems Corp. to provide our autodialer system for use during emergency notification. The Red Cross uses this system for internal phone notification to contact its key employees and emergency response personnel during a disaster. Using our inbound IVR included with this emergency broadcast system, Red Cross personnel can record messages over the phone and transmit these messages to selected groups.




What Is Autodialing?

The PACER and WIZARD autodialers call numbers from a computer managed list and distribute these calls to you agents. There are several types of autodialing.
  • Voice Message Broadcasting allows you to make large volumes of phone calls. A recorded message is played to the call recipients or left on an answering machine. This is ideal for community or emergency announcements or programs that don't require caller interaction.
  • Preview dialing allows your phone agents to view the call information prior to the call being placed. The agent can decide not to initiate the call.
  • Progressive dialing passes the call information to the agent at the same time the number is being dialed by the phone dialer. The agent usually has a few seconds to view the call information, but cannot stop the call process.
  • A Predictive dialer is more sophisticated because the phone dialer automatically calls several numbers and only passes a call to your agent when a person has been contacted. This eliminates busy signals, answering machines, etc.
  • Finally a Smart message dialer places calls, plays recorded messages and prompts, and passes the calls to your agents only when the called individual requests a contact.



Complete Autodialer Systems

Database Systems Corp. offers an affordable and expandable analog autodialer and inbound phone system. This 4 line autodialing system includes our voice message and broadcast WIZARD VB software or comes optionally with our comprehensive software development toolkit. Develop your own system or we can provide a custom message broadcasting application. These applications can be easily ported to our PACER digital T1 phone system when your call volume requires a larger system.

Our entry level autodialer supports 4 outbound analog phone lines for message broadcasting. This system can be easily expanded by adding agent lines and software to support a small call center operation including complete CRM applications and predictive dialing solutions. We provide our desktop softphone and API development kit for customizing your PC or Web applications. Automatic phone applications can be developed quickly. This entry level system also supports ACD and IVR for distributing inbound calls to your agents.




FTC Compliant Automatic "Opt Out" Features

Due to FTC regulations, it is now more important than ever that your autodialer gives call recipients the option to be removed from your calling lists. Your agents can now simply press a key if the call recipient no longer wishes to receive calls from your organization. Our autodialer has an automatic "Opt Out" option that lets the recipient of a voice message simply "Press 1...." and the dialed phone number will automatically be placed in a Do Not Call list maintained in our phone dialer. Subsequent phone lists will be checked against this DNC file.

Additionally, the FTC requires a caller ID be provided with all telemarketing related calls. This number can be answered automatically by our integrated Opt Out program and the caller can remove the phone number by simply entering it on the touchphone keypad. This totally automatic "Opt Out" process requires no human intervention and satisfies the new FTC rules.

Smart Voice Message Dialing

Using our Smart Predictive Dialing features, the PACER phone dialers can pre-qualify calls and only pass calls to your agents that express an interest.

Since more than 90% of predictive calls result in "No Interest", your call center can realize tremendous productivity savings. Combining predictive and IVR features with our Text To Speech software, the PACER phone dialer plays a pre-recorded message and lets the called individual make touchphone selections to continue. They can talk with an agent, request a call back, or even leave a recorded message.

It is important that your dialer support these various types because all calling campaigns do not fit just one dialing scheme. Business to business (B2B) campaigns generally are far more productive using preview and progressive dialing, whereas predictive dialing can be very effective in business to consumer (B2C) campaigns.
