Dialer Interface Host Name and Interface Identifier Name

There are two configurable parameters that must be set in order for the Pacer PdialerPlus.exe application at take and distribute any calls. These two settings are available from the DialerInterface File menu.

Select "Change PhoneHostName" and a dialog box will appear allowing you to enter or change the existing value. The initial value will be set as "PDIALERPLUS" as delivered from DSC.

Select "Change Interface Identifier Name" and a dialog box will appear allowing you to enter or change the existing value. This valkue must be a 6 character ID name beginning with the prefix ACD. This id will be used by Telemation to identify the dialer interface for communications. The initial value will be set as "ACDPDP" as delivered from DSC.
