Database Systems Corp. provides a growing Tech Library of articles and user documention that relates to the call center technology industry. These articles focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Computer Telephony integration (CTI), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. We've also added sections on Auto Dialer and Predictive Dialer technology plus Emergency Notification and Disaster Recovery websites.
