DSC maintains a staff of experienced instructors. They have considerable experience in the use of TELEMATION and have the skills to impart this knowledge in a formal training environment.

Training is offered at DSC headquarters in Phoenix, AZ where students can learn the intricacies of TELEMATION and get to know the people who support it on a daily basis.

On-site training is also available. In this case, a DSC training specialist provides instruction for up to ten students at the customer's location. Reasonable training facilities must be available.

Standard training classes are available for TELEMATION and all of its supporting tools. Custom curriculums may be established according to specific client needs.

Customer Support

For twenty years DSC has maintained a strong commitment to providing top-notch support to our customers. Call DSC and you will speak with a well-informed individual ready to help with your needs. Questions can usually be fielded immediately by front line support. When this is not the case, your problem is escalated swiftly and effectively through a predetermined escalation plan until a solution is found.

Support Hours

The DSC Support Department is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time MONDAY through FRIDAY, except for holidays. Emergencies are handled on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. Other custom support hours can be arranged according to customer needs.
